NeoClear by Aerolase Neo Elite
NeoClear by Aerolase Neo Elite laser offers patients of all skin types a new safe, effective, and uniquely gentle treatment for acne using advanced 650-microsecond Nd:YAG technology. NeoClear is a powerful acne treatment that eliminates the major factors causing acne, including:
- excess sebum production,
- inflammation,
- and the p. acnes bacteria.
Reverse Neo for Acne Scarring
Severe cystic acne often leaves pitted scars (ice pick, rolling, and boxcar) and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, particularly in darker skin types (IV–VI). Modern treatment options include the Aerolase Era Elite Erb:YAG laser, which provides precise, fully ablative resurfacing safe across all skin tones and can be combined with Neo Elite in the “Reverse Neo” protocol for collagen stimulation and immediate texture and tone improvement, often enhanced with Target Cool-applied E50 exosomes to speed recovery and reduce redness or pigmentation. Alternatives include microneedling with radiofrequency (Sylfirm X), also combined with exosomes for scar remodeling and skin rejuvenation, while more traditional options such as chemical peels (e.g., ZO 3-Step or Controlled Depth Blue Peel), hydroquinone, and Vitamin A derivatives remain effective for blending pigmentation and improving overall skin tone.

Dermalux LED
Dermalux LED Phototherapy has been shown to provide some respite and supplement topical and oral treatments during acne flare ups.
Dermalux is a combination of blue, red and yellow light. Blue light helps with reduction in bacteria. Red light results in a reduction of inflammation. Treatment for acne with dermalux consists of a combination of blue and red light.
